Here, we look the number of patent families (left) with an earliest priority year between 2015 and 2024 compared with the patents that are granted, not granted or utility models (right). Within the granted patents, a subset will be IP5 and/or high coverage patents. This allows you to rank countries by their success rates in different criteria.
